Evidence-Based Therapy
We offer individual and group therapy using evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, and family therapy when appropriate.
Step 1:
- Contact our team to schedule an initial psychiatric evaluation. We'll discuss your concerns and determine the right level of care.
Comprehensive Evaluation
- Your provider will conduct a thorough assessment and create a personalized treatment plan. You'll be assigned a case manager to coordinate your care.
Ongoing Support
- Regular follow-up appointments help monitor and support your treatment progress. We can adjust your level of care as needed—stepping up to IOP during challenging times or transitioning to maintenance care as you progress.
