SOS Wellness works with Ohio Medicaid managed care plans and many major commercial insurers. Plans listed on our original website include CareSource, Molina, Buckeye, United Healthcare, Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Medical Mutual, and Humana.
Participation and coverage vary by plan, provider, and service. Call 513-928-3339 so our team can check your specific benefits. A listed insurer does not guarantee coverage or eliminate out-of-pocket costs.
If you are paying for care yourself
Ask us about self-pay options and payment arrangements. We can also help you explore Medicaid enrollment, Marketplace coverage, and community resources.

Fee information is available from our billing team. We can discuss expected costs based on your service, coverage, and circumstances before you schedule.
Our original website lists cash, check, credit and debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards as payment methods. Please confirm current options with the office.
