Court-Ordered Treatment or a Diversion Program Requirement?

If you have been ordered to complete an Intensive Outpatient Program as part of a diversion agreement, probation condition, or court-mandated treatment plan, SOS Wellness Virtual IOP is built to meet those requirements. We are CARF-accredited and licensed by OhioMHAS — the credentials Ohio courts and diversion programs recognize.

For courts, TASC officers & probation departments

  • CARF-accredited and OhioMHAS-licensed — meeting the clinical and regulatory standards Ohio courts require for IOP completion.
  • Attendance documentation provided — formal records maintained throughout the program and available for court reporting.
  • Certificate of completion issued — submittable directly to your attorney, TASC officer, or probation department.
  • Direct court coordination — we work with court monitors and diversion coordinators when a signed release is in place.
  • Drug screening coordinated locally — we coordinate with local lab partners, including LabCorp, for chain-of-custody screening.

What this means for you

  • Evening hours available — the program works around employment. You do not need to take time off work to comply.
  • No travel required — participate entirely from home via secure telehealth. No clinic visits for group sessions.
  • Ohio Medicaid accepted — most Medicaid patients have no out-of-pocket cost for the program.
  • We handle the paperwork — insurance verification, documentation setup, and court coordination are managed by our intake team.

Have a compliance deadline?

Call (513) 928-3339 (7AM–11PM). Our intake team will confirm whether our program satisfies your specific court or diversion requirement.

Physician-Led Care, Start to Finish

  • Your treatment is directed by a psychiatrist and a consistent clinical team — not routed through rotating prescribers. The same team that guides you through IOP carries you into step-down, so your diagnosis, medications, and therapy stay aligned under one team from start to finish.

Integrated Dual Diagnosis Care

  • Mental health and substance use treatment are not handled separately. When depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, or borderline personality disorder are part of the picture, they are addressed by the same care team — because these conditions affect each other, and treating one without the other often leaves the other unresolved.

Medication-Assisted Treatment In-House

  • Suboxone, naltrexone, and psychiatric medications are prescribed and managed by our clinical team. Patients do not need a separate provider or a second intake appointment for MAT. Medical and psychiatric oversight is fully integrated from day one.

Evidence-Based and Trauma-Informed Care

  • Our clinical approach draws on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed practices. Mindfulness and somatic practices are woven into the program alongside traditional talk therapy, supporting the whole person rather than symptoms alone.

Relapse Prevention and Long-Term Recovery Support

  • Relapse prevention is not a module at the end of the program — it is a thread running through every session from the beginning. Patients develop coping strategies, emotional regulation skills, and the self-awareness to recognize early warning signs before they escalate.

Care Coordination — Whole-Person, Whole-Family Support

  • Recovery does not happen in isolation, and neither does our care. Beyond clinical treatment, your care coordinator helps address the practical barriers that affect recovery — housing, transportation, benefits, and community resources — and connects you with the right support. When clinically appropriate, family therapy brings the people closest to you into the process, because lasting recovery is strengthened when the people around you understand it and are part of it.

What Treatment Includes

Every patient receives an integrated, multidisciplinary treatment plan delivered across three distinct weekly group experiences — plus individual therapy and medication management.

  • Group therapy and individual therapy
  • Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) when clinically indicated — Suboxone, naltrexone, and psychiatric medications managed in-house
  • Mindfulness and somatic practices integrated into trauma-informed group work
  • Care coordination and community resource linkage
  • Family therapy sessions available to support recovery through family engagement when clinically appropriate
  • Psychiatric evaluation and medication management
  • DBT and CBT skill-building targeting emotional regulation, stress management, and relapse prevention
  • Social and communication skills development to support recovery in daily life
  • Ongoing maintenance and aftercare support through a structured step-down track

Getting started takes one phone call. Here’s what happens next

At SOS Wellness LLC, our commitment to mental health care is guided by strict clinical integrity, ethical practice, and transparent communication. We prioritise patient well-being above all business or marketing goals through the following standards:

Step 1: Call or Request a Call

Complete the form on this page or call (513) 928-3339 (7AM–11PM). Our intake team will register you, set up your patient portal, and verify your insurance — most Medicaid patients pay nothing.

Step 2: Clinical Assessment

Your therapist conducts a clinical assessment by phone or video to confirm Virtual IOP is the right level of care and begin building your individualized treatment plan.

Step 3: Start the Program

Once your group is forming, your therapist contacts you to schedule your start date. You join a small group with direct, personal attention from our clinical team — and when IOP ends, step-down care is available with the same team if you choose to continue

Live , Clinician-Led Group Sessions

Every session is live — a real-time video group led by a licensed clinician, with the same small group of peers meeting consistently throughout the week. Our program runs three distinct weekly formats:

Learning Group:

Structured psychoeducation on addiction, mental health, and recovery. Participants learn about the brain, behavior, triggers, and the evidence behind what works — delivered in a way that invites questions and discussion.

Skills Group:

Active practice of DBT and CBT tools: emotional regulation, distress tolerance, communication, and relapse prevention. Sessions are hands-on, with real scenarios and skills rehearsed in the group setting.

Process Group:

A facilitated space for participants to share what they are experiencing, receive support from peers who understand, and apply the skills they are building to what is actually happening in their lives.
